What You Need to Know

Water Country is a seasonal water park; we are currently hiring team members available to work May through the beginning of September for a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Applicants must be at least 14 years of age. Some positions are reserved for those 16 years or older, see job descriptions for specific requirements. Service with a smile and a guest friendly attitude is a MUST. You will be working outdoors throughout a variety of weather conditions. Applicants must be able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours at a time. Daily responsibilities include providing a safe environment by enforcing general park and safety rules and interacting with guests. No prior experience required; we will provide all necessary training to ensure your success!

Centerplate, the park’s Food & Beverage hospitality provider, has been serving Water Country guests for nearly 30 years! With that promise of exemplary service in mind Centerplate is looking to hire energetic, friendly employees to help serve the guests of Water Country to provide one of a kind experiences at all of our concession locations. Whether scooping ice cream, stretching dough for the park’s famous fried dough, cooking a burger, or working the register you will “Have Some Fun!” This is the perfect summer job for teens and experienced professionals alike; employment opportunities begin at age 14. Requirements:
