    I purchased a Season Pass, what's next?

    New Season Pass Holder:
    During your first visit, you will need to have your Season Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to the Season Pass Processing Center at Guest Services. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for admission into the park this season.

    Renewal Season Pass Holder:
    When you renew your Season Pass next season, you can continue to use the same card!

    How do I get my perks?

    Your perks are loaded automatically onto your Season Pass card from your home park (where your Season Pass card was processed). Simply show your Season Pass card to redeem your perks at any applicable locations.

    How do I upgrade my Season Pass?

    It is easy! Visit our Guest Relations Booth at the front of the park to upgrade your pass to a higher level.

    Can I upgrade my Day Ticket to a Season Pass?

    You can upgrade your Day Ticket the same day you are visiting, at the Guest Relations Booth at the front of the park.

    What if I lose my Season Pass Card?

    If you lose your Season Pass card, stop by Guest Relations for a replacement! Replacement cards are $10.
